Donna Stevens is one of the greatest blessings in my professional career.  A few months ago, I was honored to step into a new role as the Director of a remarkable palliative care team.  Donna has served as a leadership mentor for me. Her knowledge and experience within the field of palliative care and leadership is invaluable. Donna has provided a solid foundation for a new beginning, equipping me with tools and strategies to continue to grow as a new leader.  She has challenged me to understand and evaluate my role within a team of highly skilled, wonderful individuals.  With her many years of experience in leadership, Donna is able to provide a real world, understanding approach to nurturing a team and navigating the everyday challenges we face in healthcare.  Donna is a role model for all new leaders to aspire to be, and  I am honored to continue to learn under her guidance.
